Terms
Last updated
By using you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. Use videos you have the right to use
Only make clips from videos you own or have permission to clip, such as source videos a campaign gives you to clip. You are responsible for what you make and post, and for following the rules of each platform and program.
2. No promise of earnings
Clipping can earn money, but most clips earn little or nothing. Nothing on this site is a promise of income, or financial, legal or tax advice.
3. The program directory is information, not a recommendation
Who pays lists programs with sources for each figure, as checked on the date shown. Programs change their rates and rules, and the information can be out of date or wrong. Check each program's own page before you join or post. This site is not connected to any program listed, nor to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X or any other platform.
4. The software is provided as it is
The studio runs on your own computer and is provided "as is", without any warranty. It can make mistakes: wrong words in captions, moments that are not the best, a crop that misses a face. Watch each clip before you post it. Keep backups of what matters to you: browser storage can be cleared.
5. Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site, including lost earnings, rejected clips, account actions by platforms or programs, or lost data.
6. Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top will show when. Contact: contact details will be added here.
